As a Senior Business Development Manager you will identify new customers and creative ways to drive more businesses to benefit from DoneDeal’s wide range of dealer solutions.  Passion, customer focus and seamless execution are some of our core cultural values. 

The team is focused on solution based sales and helping sellers and buyers navigate the complexities of the car buying journey.  This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a progressive and collaborative team at the forefront of digital sales in Ireland.


What will I be doing?

 

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients, recommending appropriate media and subscription solutions to satisfy their needs
  • Build successful relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • During customer interactions, offer industry insights, market intelligence and internal observations of the customers’ business that advances their priorities, opening new opportunities for the customer and DoneDeal together
  • Develop, lead and direct resources where needed to support customer and sales objectives
  • Be focused on client needs, sharing insights and feedback with management.
  • Be willing to become an expert in CRM systems to increase your sales capabilities (Salesforce experience a bonus).
  • Analyse and report on sales statistics to determine business growth potential in line with budgetary requirements
  • Be an expert in pipeline management and forecast reliably, handling both short and long sales cycles
  • Plan and execute media campaigns, successfully and creatively developing client accounts 

 

What skills do I need?

 

  • At least 2 years digital sales experience
  • A learning and growth mindset to continue developing 
  • Previous experience in the Irish motor industry a bonus
  • Experienced in successfully handling every stage of the sales cycle
  • Highly motivated and commercially focused sales professional
  • Target oriented with demonstrated experience of achieving targets
  • Have a team-centric approach and demonstrated the ability to put the teams interests first
